Shively's Moving and Storage has been proudly serving the Lehigh Valley and beyond since 1923.  We are family owned and operated.  Our movers are our employees.  We do not sub-contract.

Whether it's local or long distance, we are the Lehigh Valley's premier moving company for residential and commercial moves.  

We posses the proper industry licenses.  We are licensed with the Federal Motor Carriers Safety Administration # 1036088, the Pennsylvania Public Utilities Commission # A-8921071 and the Department of Transportation # 3103710.

We offer full replacement value for your items whereas other moving companies will only provide limited coverage.

If requested, we can send you our 3 most recent move references.  We never cherry pick our references.

Local moves have 3 mandatory fees as governed by the Pennsylvania Public Utilities Commission.  They include a labor charge, a travel charge and a fuel surcharge.  We only charge for the hours worked (4 hour minimum).  Our invoices are pro-rated by the half hour.  

Long distance moves, as governed by the Federal Department of Transportation, are charged by tariff, weight and measures .  

Additional charges are applicable for incremental services (e.g., storage, packing, etc.).
